product image Charles McGill

His extensive experience starts from his playing days as a member of such national power houses and national champions as the Brooklyn Kings, Newburgh Raiders, Kingston Panthers and Brooklyn Mariners. Being around quality owners, coaching staff and players made him privy to the inside information on how to run top notch programs. Always eager to learn he listened, watched and absorbed all the knowledge these programs brought to the table. As a team owner back in the year 2000 he also realized the ins and outs of running a great team. His league managerial experience started with the GSFL as deputy commissioner. Later he became the commissioner of the Millennium Football League. In 2004 Charles jumped aboard with the NAFL as a deputy commissioner and in 2005 he was the defensive line coach for the NIFL professional arena team the Xtreme. In 2006 he was promoted to Eastern Region Commissioner while at the same time became the commissioner of the Pattie Labelle Community Football League. During this tenure with all these leagues he found the time to he create the Freedom Bowl which brings players from all over the country together and the Metro Bowl bringing teams from different leagues the ability to compete against each other for meaningful games at the end of the season. In 2007 Charles decided to bring all his knowledge to the table thus the RAFL, his dream child was born.  His mission for the league is to have playoffs and venues fully funded and to have all the teams give back to the community and give players a chance to not only play the game they love but be able to move onto the pro level. Charles is a tireless worker and won’t stop until all his lofty goals for the league are accomplished.
