NY, NY, The Prince William Monarchs became the latest organization to join the RAFL in 2007 as they made it official today. The Monarchs known as one of the top teams in the country will join a very stout Southern division of the RAFL. "They were the MDFL champions last in 2006 and are now headed to the extremly tough southern division of the RAFL.
