VA COWBOYS DEFEAT THE PANTHERS
The Virginia Cowboys defeated the Philly Panthers 3-0 in the last seconds of the forth quarter. The Cowboys defense held off a 2-point conversion of the Panthers with :17 left in the game. The Cowboys defense allowed a touchdown to slip by, but Coach Foxx called a time out to let his defense know that they could not let the Panthers score. Again, The Big “D” came to play, they stopped the conversion for the win, (14-12). Owner Reggie Shipp is still looking for that championship quality he knows this team possesses.
