                       PITBULLS LOSE A TOUGH ONE TO PREDS 29-20

Staten Island, NY, In what probably was the best game of the regular season so far the Predators outlasted a hungry Pitbull team. The PITBULLS jumped out to a early 8-0 lead by #57 Kasim Oliver forced a fumble and #5 Tyrone returned it for a TD. The Predators quickly answered with a 55yd drive that ended with a Td reception by #6 Harrison Tindall.. The Predators added a FG to make the score 9-8. The Predators added a end of half TD on a 80yd hail mary pass that was tipped by a PITBULL into the hands of #6 Tindall for a TD. This made the score 16-8 Preds at the half. The PITBULLS opened the 2nd half with a 95yds KO return for a TD by #21 Steve King making score 16-14. The Preds answered with a rushing td to make score 23-14. The Pitbulls refusing to give up scored on a 75yd td pass from #8 Danny Reyes to #85 Rodney Myrick making score 23-20 with under five minutes to go in the game. The experienced Preds drove to the PITBULLS 30YD line where the defense stopped them on three downs straight bringing up a game deciding fourth and long. The Predators were able to complete a pass to the sticks but #6 wanted more and took in to the endzone. This play sealed the game for the Preds. This was a physical, hard hitting, smash mouth, never say die game. Coach Khalid was quoted "Win Lose or Draw I was proud to be a part of this game. Both teams played Hard!"
