"A League For The Teams, By The Teams And About The Teams" |

Announcing the creation of the National Football Association
With the RAFL expanding into the southwest on the west coast, and the PFL ( Premier Football league) headed up by Steve Lett starting strong for its inaugural season, the PFL and the RAFL have joined forces to create an association with their own National Championship playoff format called the National Football Association.
Between the two leagues, at its inception the NFA will cover 3 major areas of the country being the East Coast, West Coast, and Deep South. “ We’re currently talking to a league up in the Northern area of the country so we’ll have 4 corners of the country covered for a National association to have a National playoffs “ Stated NFA board member and RAFL Commissioner Adam Turkel “Adam and I are on the same page here,” said the PFL’s Steve Lett. “ We’ve worked well with each other in the past and we both have the same vision and goals here, to have a system where leagues can maintain their identity yet still follow equal protocols to comply with association rules and have a national playoff platform.”
“The NFA expects to have a total of about 70 teams fighting for one crown and that’s what football is all about” commented RAFL President Charles McGill. More on the NFA will be announced in the upcoming weeks of January. For more info, contact RAFL Commissioner Adam Turkel at aturkel@rafl.net or PFL Commissioner Steve Lett at slettpfl@aol.com .
